Delivery Information


The information contained in this Shipping and Returns Policy is subject to our Online Shop Terms and should be read in advance. 


To South Korea

We aim to deliver all orders within South Korea within 5-10 working days.

Shipping charges for other destinations will be calculated at checkout and included on your Order Confirmation.


To Abroad ( International Delivery )

Orders (that will be) to be delivered to other destinations can be normally expected to arrive within 7 - 15 working days.

Depending on your location and added process including size and weight of works, shipping fees may vary 

Please note that delivery to abroad can be delayed depending on airplane schedule or their limited weight of luggage. 

We will keep tracking for you but please understand any unexpected delays.

Refund and Returns Policy


1. This policy applies only to online purchases. Other purchases from offline exhibitions are not applicable to this policy. 

Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from our online shop and shall be made in accordance with our Online Shop Terms of Use.


2. Damaged works and special ordered works or bespoke are not acceptable for any refund 


3. Return in South Korea 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason,  you can return it to us no later than 7 days from the date you received it and provided the item is in saleable condition, we will refund or exchange the item(s), excluding any delivery charges.


4. International Return 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason,  you can return it to us no later than 7 days from the date you receive it and provided the item is in saleable condition, we will refund or exchange the item(s), excluding any delivery charges.


5. Exchange 

If an artwork is unpacked and unused, we are willing to exchange the artwork to new work that a customer wants. 

However, please note that if the artwork you want to exchange is already sold, it will not be applicable. 

The return must be made within 7 days of receiving as mentioned above. Shipping fee must be paid by a purchaser.


6. Process 

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us by email at jumeekim.gallery@gmail.com

On receipt of your returns request, we will email you a returns label to attach to the packaged item(s).

When returning items to Jumee Kim Gallery, please ensure that they are well packaged and protected from damage in transit, within the original packaging. 

You are responsible for each item until we receive it. All items will be inspected upon return.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will arrange a refund, excluding any shipping costs, which will be paid in accordance with our Online Shop Terms.

Return shipping will be charged at standard shipping rates based on your shipping location.
